Frank KU graduated from Hunan University in 1992 and from Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University in 2018 with an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). He is currently the chairman and general manager of Guangzhou Champion Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd., an expert in the expert database of Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association, an expert in the database of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Exchange Center, and the vice chairman of the Anti-Infringement and Counterfeiting Innovation Strategic Alliance (CAASA) of the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Promotion Association.

In 1996, he worked in a world-renowned multinational consulting company and founded Guangzhou Champion Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. in 2001. As the founder of Champion Group, he has been deeply involved in the intellectual property service industry for more than 20 years. After years of vertical and horizontal expansion, he has built Champion Group with Guangzhou Champion Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. as the core. Its subsidiaries include Hangzhou Chuangyin Network Technology Co., Ltd., Champion Law Firm, Guangzhou Champion Intellectual Property Operation Co., Ltd., eleven offices covering China, and Champion Business Information Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, forming a large-scale comprehensive intellectual property service agency system with strong comprehensive strength, and its service network covers mainland China, Hong Kong and parts of Southeast Asia.
