Senior IT Consultant 

Patrick is renowned professional in cyber security with a remarkable police experience in cybercrime detection, digital evidence and cyber intelligence. After his retirement from his active police work, he works as a part time university tutor on “security practice and management” as well as providing a wide spectrum of security consultancy services for some security companies about:

1. Risk assessments and audits;
2. Security design for commercial and residential buildings;
3. Cyber security post incident investigations; and
4. Cyber security training.
   
   

Patrick was awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2006 and holds the following academic qualifications:
